Anaconda Vice
I am wanting to just test who are the best managers on the game. I am basically assigning them to one of the lower teams in the Premier League and seeing how well the can do. I tried Conte and Guardiola at West Ham but they didn't do too much different to how Allardyce or Bilic would. Who do you consider are the best? Interesting idea though. Might give it a try. Pep at City, Jose at Man Utd then I might put some one like Sherwood at Chelsea and see how he gets on. Welshace
All depends on what you need from a manager.. Man management? Motivation? Determined? Technical Skills? Imo the best managers are: Luis Enrique Mircea Lucescu Diego Simeone Unai Emery Marcelo Bielsa But that's without mentioning the other obvious ones like Wenger, Guardiola, Conte, Van Gaal etc.. Marathon Dress Week
I wouldn't say I was the best manager in the business. But I am in the top one. (Bonus point to the first to point out the other Clough quote that appears in the game!)

martplfc1
I don't think it matters how good the manager is tbh. Klopp always gets sacked after season 1 in my experience, City go through managers like underwear, as do Utd.
rockymanu
The best manager on the game is clearly Steve kean he was a tactical genius
