TwentyOne
Hi, I've got this World Class amc who keeps getting drunk and missing training, he's only 22 so will he grow out of it? He loves the club and manager and always respects my decision to fine him 2 weeks wages (a nice earner for me as he's on £170k p/w). What would you do with him? Missing training is really bad of course... but he must love leaving those nightclubs at early hours in the morning. http://prntscr.com/a07lom http://prntscr.com/a07njl
macca72
Personally, I'd sell him. I had exactly the same in FM15 with a guy who I spent (from memory) £50m on. He was forever missing training and staying out to the early hours. He always played well, but in the end I knew he would never reach his full potential, and I got bored of constantly fining him. EDIT: Here he is. http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/415659-Meet-Andrea-Rigoni-Help!

Ozzfest
Get a senior member to mentor him off the pitch, I usually do this for my youngsters with low determination. If things don't workout then look to cash-in.
kwest227
Haha I've never seen this one before! Closest I've had is a player who kept on badmouthing the club on social media!

rockymanu
Why sell him? Is a football player not allowed to go to night clubs????

santy001
Haha I've never seen this one before! Closest I've had is a player who kept on badmouthing the club on social media! Had a regen punch another player on the pitch at a corner for no real reason one time. I had no idea what had even happened as I just saw a red card produced at a corner, it was only when I read the report I realised what had happened. Nobby_McDonald
fine him 2 weeks wages (a nice earner for me as he's on £170k p/w). I thought fines went to charity, at least in England. He must be the new George Best.

Freakiie
I highly doubt a player of that caliber and those wages doesn't have a senior role already and thus can't be tutored anymore. To be honest, I have no idea if his behaviour negatively influences your squad, but if it doesn't I'd just keep him as long as he performs. If your overal squad personality is professional it'll probably rub off at least a bit on him in the long run.
