Racing Santander/Segunda Division B help/advice

Hi,

I've started a new game with Racing Santander in Segunda Division B as I want to lead them back to La Liga! They also have two brilliant prospects in Fede/San Emeterio as I'm sure you're all aware. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Racing or this division in particular and can recommend any players for this level? Wage/transfer budget is very low (club paying back debt) and a lot of clubs unfortunately won't loan me players as they want them to be playing "with higher quality" which is very frustrating. I've trawled through Google/forums but there doesn't seem to be barely anything on this level. There must be someone out there who has tried this out!

Another frustrating factor until I can improve finances by promotion, is the fact that I can't scout anywhere other than Spain, so peoples shouts will be helpful as I'm scouting blind!

I play with close to 20 leagues running, on a large database so should be able to find any recommendations.

Also, any tactics/training/staff advice would be appreciated.

Try to bring in Boschilia from Monaco, Andreas Pereira from Utd and Kelvin from FCP (in 2nd season) - on loan. Also Wilson from Utd

If you can spare another 400-500 then Adam Vass is a good option at DM
