prodo Posted December 26, 2015 Share Posted December 26, 2015 Balkan League by FM-Balkan ReSearch Team Competitions:Balkan LeagueAll Ex-Yu First Leagues in new formatThis add-on gave possibility to play regional Balkan League and the format is similar to basketball ABA League.Balkan League contains 14 clubs from Croatia (4 clubs), Serbia (4 clubs), BiH (2 clubs), Slovenia (2 clubs), Macedonia (1 club) and Montenegro (1 club). They play each other 2 times. There are also financial awards and some player restrictions.Domestic season of every First League in Ex-Yu countries is divided into two parts. First is Autumn Season in which play clubs from First League which don't compete in the Balkan League. At that time best clubs from First League play in Balkan League. In the early April, Balkan League and Autumn season finish and the domestic league is divided to Champions Group (Teams from Balkan League+best teams from Autumn Season up to 6 clubs in the Champions Group) and the Relegation Group (worst teams from Autumn season). Teams qualify to European competitions through domestic division, not through Balkan League.This file is compatible with every default league (Croatia up to Second League, Serbia and Slovenia) and every file from FM-Balkan ReSearch Team (BiH, Croatia up to Third League, Macedonia and Montenegro). If you want to play some from this non-default leagues you must activate both Balkan League file and the file from that country e.g. BiH. So peer over the edge and enjoy the scenery … but don’t lean too far unless you want to go for a swim. Trogir stadium: Team: HNK TrogirWhere: Trogir, Croatia Capacity: 1,000 What makes it unique: Trogir’s stadium sits between two 15th-century protected buildings. At one end of the field is Kamerlengo Castle, built by the Venetians. At the other end is the Tower of St. Marco, a Renaissance-style fortress. In between is the beautiful game. I know must create top leagues for 6 countries but i think best option is to make all leagues with 12 clubs. Just watched a Sky Sports documentary on the match between Red Star and Dinamo Zagreb that sparked the Balkan War. I Never realised how good the Yugoslav League actually was before the war. I wonder what the chances are of a Balkan League forming in real life? Obviously it couldn't be the 'Yugoslav League', but fans of football over there seem to acknowledge that their football is much weaker now, due to a lack of competition within the individual national leagues. This could surely be helped by the formation of a Balkan League. I accept, though, that the genocide is rightly a very sensitive subject and perhaps many people would not want this to happen so soon after. My guess is that it is too soon currently, but maybe in the future when the events are consigned to history a league like this could form, when the benefits to something as relatively unimportant as football come more into perspective. It would be interesting to hear the views on this of any users who are fans of formerly Yugoslav clubs, as you'll have a much better understanding of this than I do.
