I would like to provide my own world championship and there I need a little bit of help. The first questions is how I can create a Playoff, because i want to put some National Teams into the Playoff. I mean that in such a way: For example that the winner of the qualification occean came to the playoff and then to the world cup. And the last question is it possible the I can some teams exclude from the World Cup Qualification????
