Ty
FM16 Good Staff Ultimate football hipster Jurgen Klopp Everyone loves to have the best coaches available, but sometimes we are too lazy to find them ourselves, use this thread to post all the good staff you find in the game to help others achieve the best possible backroom available! Name: Staff Role: Training Catergory: (if applicable, are they attacking/defensive/ball control) Rating: (4* or 4.5* etc) Nationality: Club: Compensation: Good For: (Will they be good for Man Utd or Shrewsbury)
samdiatmh
let's do this! Name: Flavio Tanajura Club: Vitoria Compensation: 60k Wages: 800 per week Nationality: Brazilian Role: Defence Coach Rating: 4* Notes: Have known about him for multiple FMs, still a dirt cheap Brazilian DEF coach Name: Riva Carli Club: Shandong Compensation: under 100k Wages: 450 per week Nationality: Brazilian Role: Fitness Coach Rating: 4.5* Notes: Picked him up for RealMadrid - there's also another decent fitness coach at that club, but his name escapes me right now Name: G Vio Club: Brentford Compensation: 20k (ish) Wages: 4k per week Nationality: Italian Role: Shooting Coach Rating: 4.5* Notes: Wasn't interested in talking at gamestart, but signed him in Sep/Oct for Juventus. Starts at Brentford, so probably goes pretty low - shooting coach is sorted - although decided to retire in June 2017, so bear that in mind Name: S Zanetti Club: Lecco (as Manager) Compensation: under 50k Wages: 1k per week Nationality: Argentinean Staff Role: Attack Coach Rating: 4.5* Notes: Signed for Juventus, although joined in November - refused to talk to me at Arsenal at gamestart (citing a new deal with his club) Name: S Montanaro Club: Free Agent Compensation: None Wages: 4.9k per week Nationality: Italian Staff Role: Tactics Coach Rating: 4.5* Notes: Can probably do better, especially with his wage, but a handy option if you have no alternative - signed for Juventus Name: Pedro Jaro Club: Free Agent Compensation: None Wages: 3.5k per week Nationality: Spanish Staff Role: GK Coach Rating: 4.5* on both Notes: Signed for Real Madrid, and seems a good 'handling' option Name: Sidnei Lobo Club: Free Agent Compensation: None Wages: 1k per week Nationality: Brazilian Staff Role: Scout Rating: 17/17 in JPA/JPP Notes: Signed for Real Madrid, good scout that's relatively cheap Name: A Nalati Club: Free Agent Compensation: None Wages: 1.2k per week Nationality: Romanian Staff Role: GK Handling Rating: 4* Notes: Signed for Juventus - probably not the best option, but if you need 'staff on a budget' then this could be for you (or a cheapie 3rd choice for workload) Name: Y Vardanyan Club: Free Agent Compensation: None Wages: 900 per week Nationality: Armenian Staff Role: Fitness Coach Rating: 5* Notes: Signed for Juventus. Not sure what connections this former Olympian has with football, but hey - still on FM, still a great cheap fitness coach Name: A Pintus Club: Free Agent Compensation: None Wages: 2k per week Nationality: Italian Staff Role: Fitness Coach Rating: 5* Notes: Signed for Juventus. Not as cheap an option as the guy listed above, but probably appears more regularly (rather than having to load players) Name: V Chanov Club: CSKA Moscow (u19s) Compensation: 35k Wages: 850 per week Nationality: Russian Staff Role: GK Coach Rating: 4.5* Notes: Signed for Juventus. Looks like a great cheap option for the GK coaching role, and very little compensation to boot. IMPORTANT: Wages were the lowest I could get them to agree too, you might have troubles offering less If signed for RealMadrid, then I loaded ALL South Americans on a large DB If signed for Juventus, then I loaded ALL Eastern Europeans on a large DB Not essential to load those regions (they may just be on default large) but it'd probably help you find them Compensation are entered, except for the 2 where you have to wait. They won't discuss terms at gamestart, so depends on when you sign them for compensation amounts
Welshace
Has anyone found any decent Assistant Managers? I've just started as Swansea and fired my whole staff and now I can't seem to find any replacements, not even a championship standard ass man to be honest. samdiatmh
Has anyone found any decent Assistant Managers? I've just started as Swansea and fired my whole staff and now I can't seem to find any replacements, not even a championship standard ass man to be honest. but what do you look for in an ass man? DDM, then Leo Beenhakker could be decent (although he wants a DOF in his next role) from the Trinidad&Tobago national team (or Angelo Peruzzi on a freebie) tactical knowledge: Italo Galbiati from Sliema Wanderers looks like a good option (or Ezio Sella) apparently the game rates 'man management' as good, so Johann Mjallby (formerly Bolton assman) looks like a good freebie (or Stefano Agresti) youngsters? - JO Riekerink from China u19s looks handy (or Stefano Eranio) notes: This is on my Juventus save, so obviously it favours those Italians (Eastern Europe and Scandinavia also loaded)
Welshace
DDM while important, for me, is only useful for coaching.. For an ass man I look for man management and JA/JP .. For my Swansea side for instance, I could find no-one interested with 15 in each.

For my Swansea side for instance, I could find no-one interested with 15 in each. with 15, only the Lazio, Napoli and Sampdoria AM's fit that criteria in my save tone it down to 14 though, and there are many more options I do like the look of that Riekerink guy (14 in MM, and 18/19 JA/JP + 20 youngsters) Would recommend you check him out - appeared on my regular large db with just the prem loaded (4k per week ended talks as AssMan, but will sign at 4.5k) edit: moved up to 15 in MM by Feb

Great JA/JP, DDM and working with youngsters. Man management 14 and tactically sound. Welshace
Only important for a coach if he's foreign and needs to come in.. (and tbh, haven't seen this effect coaching too much) It is important for scouts though and does effect their ability to adapt to, and gain knowledge of, other countries. janesy20
Hi guys, bit of a dilemna in my head. Doing a save with Man City where it's homegrown players and staff only. (Pogba counts ) anyway, I've narrowed it down and i'm looking at two Head of Youths : Huw Jennings from fulham or Matt Hale from Southampton. Anyone had any previous experience and can vouch for either? I wanted Dave Parnaby from Boro but he isn't interested. Thanks.

Not as highly rated as you might like but see my post above your regarding Valter Vio. Solid 4* for Tactics and might be a free agent (History says he's previously been with Sampdoria and Fiorentina) and will go to a decent club (signed him for Wolves mid-second 2016 whilst in Prem). I've had problems finding a lot of the staff mentioned on theis page. I know for Bergkamp and Stam you need to have the Dutch league loaded, but I didn't know that the leagues only come in at the start of the season, not immediately, so though the Dutch league has now loaded, the Brazilian and Argentine leagues are still waiting to start (I thought they were included from teh start of my game!). Bergkamp and Stam aren't currently interested in joining me, but it's frustrating when people mention good coach or scout and he's not even in the game even with a good database loaded (frustrated with the game, not the people mentining the staff!). I can't load every league, my computer won't like it!

Thanks for the reply mate and yeh thats the problem ive been having ive searched through multiple forums for good staff and half the names dont even exist on my game. I do have the dutch league loaded but still no stam or Bergkamp for whatever reason? and same again i dont think my laptop would appreciate me running anymore leagues than i already am (currently about 8 i think). ive been able to get 4.5/5* coaching for every department except ball control and Tactics, just dont seem to be many top quality coaches for those areas. Go to the FM drop down menu and then Detail Level. It'll show which leagues are running, and any recently added leagues will say "as of (date)". If that hasn't passed yet then they won't be added. I had the same, added the Duch league and couldn't find Bergkamp or Stam and then saw the league hadn't been added yet. Definitely check out Valter Vio though, if you're struggling for a Tactics coach. Unless you alread have a 4* coach of course!

All I could say is set these conditions. For both: Motivation - 15 Determination - 15 Level of Discipline - 15 For Tactics add: Tatical - 15 For Ball Control add: Technique - 15 Mental - 15 Play around with those and see what you can find. My actual manager(myself) is my ball control trainer and my Tactics is only at 4*. Paul Scholes is able to run 4.5* for Ball Control though.
