Southern Buddie
If training a player in a new position, should it be lowering his workload for his general training?
Cleon
The workload should be fine as it is no need to change anything really.
parkthebus
General training level will not be affected by either: positional, role/attribute or preferred move training. However those three effect each other. Consider them the players "additional training" time. "Additional training" and level has no effect on general training time and level and vise versa. His level of "additional training" will remain at whatever level you set it at regardless of whether he has 1,2 or 3 focuses to learn in his "additional training" time, however the time will be split between the focuses (equally). As an example, if he is learning a new preferred move as well as training for a new position and training a specific role/attribute; the general training time and level will be unnafected. "Additional training" level will be unnafected and time spent will remain the same, but the time would be split between the three focuses equally at 33%. You can see the training percentage on the players individual training screen.
