Every season it picks 16 players based on performances and introduces them into the Seasonal Best Eleven. The overall Best Eleven is then a compilation of the better performing Seasonal Best Eleven inductees - this means that if a player misses out on the Seasonal Best Eleven, none of his performances from that season will appear in the Overall Best Eleven. This is where the feature falls majorly short for me. So let's compile a list of all the things we'd actually like our Best Elevens to include: 1. A compilation of the Seasonal Best Elevens (how it works now) 2. Top League Performers (best performers across all of their League appearances) 3. Top Performers (best performers across all club appearances) 4. Top League Appearances (players with the most League appearances for the club) 5. Top Appearances (players with the most appearances for the club in all competitions) 6. Top Scorers (players with the most goals for the club in each position) 7. Top Home Grown (top performers from players who qualify as HG for the club) 8. Top Imports (top performers from players who are not HG) 9. It's odd to have a team that have won the lot, regular CL finalists and winners, and your greatest ever striker is some lad who put 30 away in the Conference North one year.
