FrazT Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 Those figures indicate that at the start of a new game, the game code will generate a random PA figure for the player within a given PA range. -10 is from 170-200 -9 is from 150-180 etc I am sure there is a sticky thread in the editors or tactics forums with all these explained.
