chucklehead Posted March 29, 2015 Share Posted March 29, 2015 Hello folks Is there any kind of bug where youth facilities don't upgrade even though you've had an upgrade approved? I've just gone past the project completion date, had an email to say that the facilities have been upgraded, but they are still listed as 'average', exactly the same as before.
