Missing toddler, Madeleine McCann was spotted working in Macdonalds in Uxbridge by West London housewife, Jean O'Scrotum, it was revealed last night.

"She had grown a bit, which is to be expected of a child her age, but it was definitely her!" she told The London Cryer.
