How long after taking over do they generally change the transfer/wage budget as I'm at the start of the Jan transfer window and could do with making some significant signings. First off its not a tycoon. As for finances it won't mean a massive difference overall. In the short term you should get some extra income from the floatation as people buy shares in the club but in the long term you will pay out dividends every year to those investors.
