In a player profile, under Transfer/Transfer Offer, I only have the transfer offer, but no loan offer option. I'm playing Sport FC in the Brazilian First Division, and I've tried loaning from domestic and foreign clubs too, so I doubt this is a national regulation limitation (such as U.S.'s MLS).
