Is looking for a feeder club broke in 2015?

I'm playing as Spurs so we start off with a few affiliates already but I've asked twice now for a work permit feeder and the first time they couldn't find a suitable club :s

The second time they came back with fk partizani as first option and getting a foothold in Albania

Is there anything that affects the chances of gettin a feeder team that you asked for so I was hoping for a Belgian or Eastern european to bypass the wp

I started off as a Sunday league footballer no qualifications my rep is currently national and my team rep is continental and we're sitting high in the league at the end of January in first season

It's definitely possible to get a WP feeder, but I agree that the amount of time you get a "can't find a suitable club" message is very high. If that's the case you should either have the board keep trying until they get one, or not have the months long cooldown period before you can ask again. Especially when it was a contract extension requirement.

The reason you are getting not getting Belgian is because Belgium no longer is the easiest (5 years in game now i believe) Bulgaria is the quickest at the start (3 years), I was able to get a Bulgarian on two different occasions so it is possible

So should we be loading Bulgaria as a playable league then? I've loaded all the leagues of both Belgium and The Netherlands in hopes of landing a WP feeder club....
