I've just taken over, and judging from the players it looks like 4-2-3-1 Wide would be the best formation, but every team I've used 4-2-3-1 wide with on this game has flopped massively. If anyone knows how to replicate the Dortmund style or just ways to get the players working well together it'd be much appreciated.
