Guest
I'm a tad confused, only ten games in to my league and I get this message. Did I qualify because I won 5 home games on the trot?
Cougar2010
The season is split into periods of 9, 10 or 11 games with the winner of each period gaining a playoff spot.

I'm a little surprised it doesn't mention it in the rules, thought it did in previous FMs. When you view the league table though there should be a tab showing the table for each period (Same one that shows home/away records etc). There are three or four per season with approx an equal number of games in each one making up the total league season (Can't remember the exact numbers). Guest
Just thinking actually, with this kind of system you could stink it up for the rest of the season and still get promoted through the playoffs.
