Additional transfer deadline day (international clubs, national transfer window still open)

Hi,

I think it would be benifical to offer clubs an additional transfer deadline day if they're still in a continental competition and their transfer window closes after the international squad registration.

For example I'm currently playing in Romania at Steaua in 2017/2018.

The transfer window is open from 19 June till 11 September. After qualifying for the Champions League group phase on 30 August, I would have liked the option o take part in the deadline day of all the major leagues. My competitors are able to transfer within hours but I'm stuck with a normal transfer speed since I still have time on my national transfer window but anything I sign after the squad registration day is somewhat useless for me.
