Same problems again

Had problems with beta version, never played a single game, received disc this morning and nothing has changed. Game taking forvever to move onto next screen, got to continue to opponents instructions, been waiting now for 20 minutes and nothing. Been buying FM for years and never had a problem and this has just been a shambles. Did all the steps for beta, including uninstalling anti virus etc and still didn't get to play, now this has happened. I don't know how a company is allowed to sell something which has so many errors in it, there is thousands of threads on this forum relating to them. I am not a computer expert so also don't see why I should have to post logs, install and uninstall various things on my pc, never had to do this before, I just installed the game and played, it now seems as if you need to be an IT Specialist to play a game. If people buy this game then they expect to load it up and play not have to suffer all this delay. Bought the game from Amazon and to be honest I just want my money back now, I'd rather play last years version than put up with this.
