In FM14, when your scouts did not have an assignment, they would automatically be set to 'Players'. This seemed to make them submit reports on free agent players, but I was never really sure how it worked. This was my main source of finding players to sign. In short, in FM15, how can I set my scouts to just roam around England looking for talented free agents. Will they do this by default if I don't give them an assignment?
