Michel Kuipers Posted October 25, 2014 Share Posted October 25, 2014 When I set up a scouting assignment with the "End of Contract" transfer type I literally only get contracted players. Although when I signed my scout he did his initial report, and that returned plenty out of contract players, so it's obviously not an issue of discoverability.
