Potential ratings are suited to the country, making it easier/harder to produce a great player from that particular country. That's what I've interpreted from previous threads anyway. Vad Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 If you get feeder clubs with the "We should find a feeder club who can provide us a chance to recruit foreign youngsters"-option you will have a chance of getting youth players from that nation.
