bernat
This is my tactic: Individual player instructions: GK- distribute to defenders, pass it shorter DR- run with ball, get further forward DC- pass it shorter DL- none MR- cross aim far post MCR- none MCL- none ML- none AMC- none FC- dribble less I think that in offense tactic is good but in defence is kinda wack. Any sugestions what change put into this? I play Athletic Bilbao. Later i try to send some pkm's to give more info about what my team play. And off-topic what do you think about 3-4-3 Guardiola tacitc?
Corner
We can really help you until you give more information. We don't know what's working and what you're having trouble with or what you're trying to achieve.

SpartyOn
On the right side you've got a CWB, a W/S, and an AP/A. That's going to be pretty vulnerable defensively. You might consider putting the CM/D on the right to help cover for the complete wing back, and/or changing the AP/A to something on a support duty. An attack duty for a CM in a 4411 is pretty aggressive.
