I think it may be because of my team instructions and player instructions so what suggestion would you suggest to improve my defence? i you can make suggestions that wont affect my attack such as the front 6 player roles but you can change player instructions and you can also change the defensive team instructions but not stuff like tempo, passing, exploit flanks, etc but things like defensive line, pressing and shape can be changed. Thanks in advanced guys. All help welcome!
CamillePunk
You're playing deep but have hassle opponents on, which means your team is losing shape as players move to close down in dangerous areas of the pitch. You also have way too many TIs but hassle opponents + deep line would explain the poor defending.
HTC
You dont keep possesion (direct + pass into space + higher tempo) and many times you are spread wide (play wider) when you loose the ball with tone of space for your opponent to exploit, plus you dont have anyone on DM strata. Difficult to say something that wont affect your attack. Maybe take one clivk back your DLP or/plus make stopper your CDR or/plus use offside trap. For me Hassle + Drop Deep works perfectly. My team presses exactly how i want. Huge part of this i think the Defensive mentality.
deserter
If you defend deep and hassle, you have to set up with someone who will cover behind the hasslers, namely an anchor man. And you also need to have everybody take part in the effort.
Falahk
from what I can tell your tactical framework is fine, maybe I would use a different role combination up front, and maybe a couple of the team/player instructions are not needed, but these things are not a major issue here, just personal preference the problem is that you are using players that are not suited to the style of football you are trying to play, your two central midfielders in particular are both better suited to a possession oriented style, and they just simply dont offer enough cover to your back four when you lose possession often (which will happen with your tactic) so there is two things you could do here: 1) buy players to suit your tactic (in this case midfielders with better defensive ability) 2) change the tactic to suit the players you currently have
