escholl2 Posted July 29, 2014 Share Posted July 29, 2014 Why is it that when i sign non EU players for my Man U team that they all can't move to me for 3 years (in some cases 5)? It happens when I sign a regen i appeal the permit decisions with the intention of loaning him out to my WP feeder club. After the appeal, it says he is available to loan out to my feeder club but I can't and i get this message that tells me he won't move for multiple years.
