Years to gain nationality?

Hi All,

I've been looking around on some FM websites about the 'number of years it takes to gain nationality' in various countries. There seems to be quite a lot of different opinions that in game it varies to what it says in the editor?!

I'm looking to do a save in Romania and on the editor it says it takes 8 years, but on a couple of websites it says that in game it's actually 3 years!!

Has anyone done a save in Romania and could they confirm how long it actually takes? Or if someone knows or can point me in the right direction I'd be very appreciative.

you can see on foreign player playing in romania the days they need to gain nationality. go to player -> nationalities

Also on older games (like FM 07), I use Wikpedia. I remember there was a page that listed all the countries. The key term is 'naturalisation'. Looking that up, it turned out that, while Belgium is the famed example for getting round work permits, there are a few other countries out there that are just as fast, or are faster.
