I am Port Vale in Division 1 (1st season) and I am expected to be competitive in the division. After 19 games I am 7th and 1 point off the playoffs. The board is delighted with me and squad harmony is pretty high. Yet all of a sudden my players are saying we are underachieving. I just signed a new contract but did not change anything, so we had and still have no team philosophy's. Wage and transfer budget has not changed..etc etc.......... I said that the chances of going up were between me and the board so i never gave an answer.
