Wingers with low decisions?

Any ideas how you might instruct them so as to not have to make many decisions?

Less creative freedom I suppose. You want to let him know exactly how to play.

You can use player instructions like shoot less often or fewer risky passes but if he has a very low decision making or team work, he will still probably do his own thing most of the time. I tried to make Nani less selfish with the ball, I think he has 8 for team work and 8 for decisions. Regardless of what team/player instructions I use, he does his own thing. He passes when I don't expect him too but of course shoots most of the time.
