Is this true does your wages affect the finances,,,i thought that what you earned had no impact on finances,,otherwise whats the point in negotiating a better contract?

Not sure, to be honest. I always thought it didn't but I saw in a thread tonight someone saying it does.

just before when i negotioated a contract, i got increased wages and they didnt come out of my wage budget, however im not sure whether or not it gets deducted from the club every week though..

It doesn't affect your wage budget, but it probably does affect your balance, quite difficult to tell though. The point of negotiating a better contract is job security, you do get paid compensation if you get sacked so the club are less likely to sack you after 3 straight defeats if you are on £120k a wekk compared to £5k a week.
