auduron Posted March 5, 2014 Share Posted March 5, 2014 Just an observation, which I'm sure is due to the technical/game limitations but wanted to bring it up anyway. I have been on my save for 3-4 straight seasons, generally using the same 3 tactics. Near the end of the 4th season, I retired as the head coach (no apparent reason, I've never done it before, just wanted to see what would happen) and then created a new manager to take over at the club. I've noticed that the familiarity of tactics have been reset! Again, this may be due to the technicality of the game - but I found it quite strange. My team has been using these tactics (were 100% familiar with them when I retired), however when I added a new coach - they were no longer familiar with them! You would think they would remain at the previous levels, as the team were playing with them for the past few years, and the new coach joined the team on the same in-game day. Surely they wouldn't have forgotten about the tactics within an hour or 2! ...just an observation. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
