Cutting back on the budgets

So admitedly i asked the board to spend more because we needed to on stuff like youth development.

However now with the club going up the leagues, and with that wages rising, and because we don't currently own our stadium, we cant sell more tickets (builidng one at present although i hear theres a bug with that, so not hoping) we're now losing money at a rapid rate. I've asked the board to cut back so we can survive.

I worry the club will dip into financial crisis if we don't.

Is there anything i can do. For what its worth i have the second lowest wage bill in the league, and we are still part time so would struggle to cut back there.
