Animation Question: Players Falling Down A Lot?

I'm not even positive this is a bug, but is anyone noticing that players are falling over when tackled at a really ridiculous rate? It seems like it's almost anytime there's a tackle of any sort, the player losing out ends up on the ground. This isn't the end of the world or anything, but it's definitely disconcerting for a minute to think you've gotten a clear penalty only to have it be nothing at all; some of the falling down is almost dive-worthy. It's never called, so the game flows around it, but it's been kind of irritating to watch guys on the ground all the time.
