I tried reloading steam few times, I tried to verify integrity of game cache, but nothing. Only thing I got when I started a steam was some 56kb thing. It will require a new activation code that should have been emailed to you.. if not, contact your supplier. Also... have a look at the other several threads around about people with similar issues.
