Mr U Rosler
Even with training set to maximum match, tactic only, from the 1st day of pre-season its November before my formation is Fluid. Everything else is max'd out by September. Its a flat back 4, 2 upfront and 4 in midfield so nothing crazy going on and i use it every season. Does that seem right? MasterOfSuspense
I had AM handle training and he had it at 33% balanced and 66% team cohesion - around 50% tactic fluidity in December
neilp1982
Not sure as in terms of what happens in the second season and there after, but, I suppose in a way it makes sense, players adjusting to how a new manager likes to play, new players fitting into the system etc. I could be wrong but that's how I perceive it.
