Look at the year, if Chelse had done awful in Europe while that game had been going on, they may have been low down on the co-efficients.

They could have got in to Europe via the Fair Play league aswell

I reckon they'll be competitive. Kidsgrove have progressed in recent years and lost in the playoffs of the Northern Premier League First Division South this year, so I see no reason why Newcastle can't match that in the next couple of years.

Not followed the discussion, but I think it gets reversed in the screen. So when the results show, the team that played last leg away is listed at home. Maybe that's how the draw was or something, which is why it shows like that.
