No option to discipline players :-(

Just downloaded the latest patch so I can start my 1st season ever on FM08 despite having it since release day.I dont have an option to warn/fine players.There is a greyed out no action and the discipline player option and thats it.Hope this is understandable!Any help will be greatly appreciated

I think it only comes up when they've done something recently warenting action e.g poor performance or a red card.

You can only discipline players when SI seems fit.

If your player has been sent off, missed training, etc you are given the option to discipline the player in this box. The rest of the time, this box will be greyed out. Hope that helps
