No FM/FMH2013 title has a release date. The game isn't even announced for PSP so whoever told you 1st October is bullshitting. Sorry.

There is no official news regarding FMH2013 at this moment in time. Keep an eye on the forums for official announcements.

Marc vaughan tweeted saying to expect some news in the coming month so i would expect something will be announced in october
