Laptops....help!!

Im looking to spend around £500 on a new laptop and need help as i dont have a clue about all this technical stuff as all i currently have is an ancient pc that can only be described as a very slow+very ***** lol, i want FM 2012 to run fast and smooth with all the faces,backgrounds ect and with only running around 7-10 leagues+large database..Any laptop or spec suggestions for around £500 would be much appreciated

You want to look for something with around 4gb ram, at least a dual core 2.4ghz processor.
I would recommend an Intel i5 Core processor.. Pc world were selling a Red Asus for£499.

That would be good but ive also been put off by Acer as they tend to break easily.
