FM12, Android vs PC

hi guys, I have all the FM games on pc and go on FM12 daily, I have a smartphone and have seen FM12 on the app store, I have never bothered to get it because of the fact there is no point when I have the pc version but I am going away tomorrow for a week and am thinking about getting it now, how different is it to the main game? is it worth getting just for a week?

Football Manager Handheld is more akin to our earlier games from around the 2001/2 era - its faster and somewhat simpler than FM on PC, but still feels realistic and fun to play .... in my ever so slightly biased opinion

I am going away to Mexico for 2 weeks and wondered if I download FM2012 onto my iphone...can Im play it without needing to go onto the internet and therefore getting charged because I am abroad?

Once you have the app you don't need any internet connection to play it.
