Major game malfunction

Started off doing match prep, as I went to go into match itself after teamtalk it crashed

70% of the time when I loaded it since it says Error 41

When I can get it to load now it takes ages for the game itself to load

Repeat first step as I try to play a game.

Any ideas?

Perhaps reinstalling the game might work?
