Pitch size... can I choose?

I am playing Roma and I have noticed in soem tactics I downloaded it suggests a pitch size. where do I or can I adjust this? I went into facilities and it tells me my minimum and maximum pitch size can't seem to find anything to select the width or length.

You get asked at the start of the season which dimensions you would like. Can't change it any other time.
