    Question European Championships broken??

Hi all, I'm currently managing England in the Euro's in 2016 and successfully won my group (B) winning all three games. My group consisted of Austria, Scotland and Portugal. Austria finished runners up so in my second round draw I have drawn Austria again surely I would player the runner up from one of the other groups would I not like in real life??

2018 is the world cup but I still think you should play a team that finished 2nd.

Just checked the world cup from 2018 on mine and all top teams played runners up.

I assume you mean Euro 2016, which is going to be the first of the 24 team Euros.

Maybe you were drawn that way? Don't know how it's going to work.

I don't think UEFA have confirmed how the KO rounds will be drawn so I'm guessing SI programmed it to be an open draw.

I can't even remember how the 2nd round was drawn when the 24 team format was used for the World Cup, it certainly had group protection but beyond that I'm struggling.
