'Mental' coaches

I've signed a coach who has 20 mental but average attributes for technical coaching e.g. 18 working with youngsters,14 Defending and 10 fitness.

What coaching assignment should I put him as, as there are no assignments for Sports Psychology (even though there should be one)?

If you want the highest star count you should put him as coach of Ball Control

Nope, tactics coach just needs tactics alongside DDM.

Working from the info in the tactics forum mental is only used in Ball Control as a secondary attribute behind Technique (+DDM) of course.

Or, if you've already signed him, head to the training section and select every training category seperately and try to see which one he would be best suited for.
