Scouting range

Anyone know if there is a certain point when the board allow you to scout further a field? Currently got Newport successive promotions to league one but despite numerous requests they just won't let me send my scouts any further thank UK and Ireland. I have decent money in the bank due to semi final I FA cup last season so can't be that. Thanks in advance

I would think one more promotion would do the trick

yeah broski got my dover team promotions back to back doing well in the cups and they always said no until I got to the championship and they just gave it to me without asking for it.

bit annoying that every other team just signs foreign players that apparently they have no info on but there you go.
