How to arrange friendlies for my u19 and B team?

This FM12 is stupid. I cant see my B team or u19. Only way to see them is under filter. What a stupid thing! How can I arrange friendlies?

Go to your Senior Squad screen. At the top where it says 'Senior squad' (or something similar) just above the squad list, it should be a drop-down box and you can select the youth and reserves, if you have such.

Once selected, you have access to their Fixtures screen where you can arrange friendlies.
