How many Nations/Leagues can i get with this Processor ?

How many leagues/nations do you think i can get on this processor with it still being a mildly fast and enjoyable experience ?

Not very many on full detail to get a stable long term game. Maybe England (to L2), Italy (B), Spain (Seg), Scot (L3) then a couple of "view onlys" and small database.

It's quite a few years old that processor. I'd go for a Core i3 at the minimum.
