How Do I Add Leagues?

hi guys, I have just downloaded FM12 from GAME and I want to add leagues to the England nation, I have done this before once upon a time on FM10 but tried to do it on FM11 but it didn't work, I have tried searching at the top of the forums but it is not loading and I can't find anything in the FAQ's about it, thanks

The easiest way is to download a pre-made db file, such as this one. If you want to do it yourself thorugh the editor you should ask the people in the editors forum for advice.

I'm talking about going onto the editor and adding levels 7-9 onto the English leagues, I just want a step by step guide of how to do it
