Players rejecting call ups.

How do you react to them? Do you cut ties with them immediately? Even if they are key player?

If they reject a call-up can you call them up after?

I've only had it once on FM 2007. Ashley Young was my best player, most consistent, always scoring/assisting and was injured so I couldn't call him up. During an international break he resumed light training and when someone got injured I was ecstatic - Young was going to be fit for at least one of the games so I called him up.

I then got the message that he didn't want to be a second choice or something and so was not making himself available for selection! I was distraught as I kept trying to recall him to the squad but he wouldn't so I had to cut ties with him.

Has it changed in this version? I haven't managed internationally properly since '07.
