Which countries to load up?

Which countries can i load to get the best young players? I usually just stick to England, Spain and Italy.

It seems Belgium, Croatia, Scandinavian countries.

But this is more a question for GD.

I just loaded up pretty much every country as view-only except for some of the lesser Asian and African countries.
