jimmyt86 Posted June 1, 2012 Share Posted June 1, 2012 When a side achieves promotion IRL they start to build for the next season and set up targets and scout them to try and get a lead on the other teams. Surely this should be easy to replicate in the game so when you scout players who wouldn't be interested in you because of the league you are in, are now interested as they know you are going to be in a higher league when/if they move to you.
