Struggling

I have started maybe 3 games over the last month with arsenal Dortmund and Chelsea being a arsenal fan I normally get on well with them having been there 4/5 years winning trophys however last couple games I can't get a player or the team playing well always getting 5/6/7's in the games Any ideas makes getting into a game very difficult
